Lifting drive: 90W brake motor + ball screw module drives Magazine stepping lift, with smooth start/stop and consistent positioning.
Transfer drive: 15W constant speed motor drives PCB transport, providing steady output suitable for standard PCB cycle times.
Clamping mechanism: Pneumatic clamping holds the Magazine securely during pushing, reducing the risk of misalignment or dropped boards.
Control: PLC + Viewsonic true-color touchscreen with graphical parameter settings – significantly faster changeover adjustment compared to traditional button-based interfaces.
