II. About This Shipment
Huidia's production and logistics team followed standard shipping procedures, conducting visual inspection, electrical testing, and pre-operation simulation checks on each customized unit for both customers. Different packaging reinforcement solutions were applied based on the structural characteristics of the transfer machine and the link conveyors. The equipment has now departed and is expected to arrive at the two customers' facilities according to the logistics schedule.
Upon arrival, each customer will handle unloading, positioning, and power connection. Huidia can provide remote video guidance and after-sales technical support separately for both customers as needed, assisting with on-site integration and acceptance.
