This batch totals 18 units, all of which are customized transfer machines and link conveyors. The equipment has been properly packaged and loaded onto trucks, now en route to the customer's site in Zhuhai.
I. Equipment Overview and Shipping Site
The 18 units shipped in this batch are customized transfer machines and link conveyors designed to meet specific production line requirements for special station transitions and material handling in SMT and PCB assembly lines. As shown in the shipping site photos and videos, the equipment was loaded in two separate batches (one truck carrying 11 units, another carrying 7 units). Each unit underwent complete inspection before being protected with carton packaging, stretch wrap, corner guards, and strap fastening. The units were then neatly arranged and secured inside the cargo trucks for domestic land transport.
II. About This Shipment
Huidia's production and logistics team followed standard shipping procedures, conducting visual inspection, electrical testing, and pre-operation checks on each customized unit. Additional packaging reinforcement was applied based on the destination distance and road conditions. The equipment has now departed and is expected to arrive in Zhuhai according to the logistics schedule.
Upon arrival, the customer will handle unloading, positioning, and power connection. Huidia can provide remote video guidance and after-sales technical support as needed to assist with on-site integration.
