Dual-Lane Operation, Doubled Throughput: The machine features dual lanes supporting simultaneous PCB passage on both sides (maximum board width 280mm per lane), effectively doubling processing capacity per unit time. This helps alleviate bottlenecks in upstream processes requiring complex visual inspection or ICT testing.
10-Board Intelligent Buffer, No More Downtime Waiting: The system is programmed to automatically store up to 10 NG (defective) PCBs. This means operators do not need to stop expensive upstream pick-and-place machines when detecting consecutive defects or needing to batch-process faulty boards, enabling continuous flow production and maximizing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Two Machines in One: Sort Mode & Pass-Through Mode Freely Switchable: This is a major innovation. When sorting is not required (e.g., during normal full-speed production), operators can easily switch the "buffer/sort function to pass-through mode" via the control system. The machine then functions as a standard conveyor, allowing OK boards to pass through at full speed without any unnecessary dwell time.
