Designed for SMT production lines and automated assembly lines, this unit addresses pain points such as cross-area connection and reserved aisle space, further improving factory space utilization and production flexibility.

Traditional SMT lines often face space constraints or transfer interruptions when connecting equipment at different heights or when personnel/material carts need to cross between areas. Huidiya's custom telescopic lifting conveyor integrates two core functions:
Flexible Telescoping, Reserved Safety Aisle: Equipped with a stepper-motor-driven telescopic mechanism offering a 400mm stroke. When the production line requires passage for personnel or forklifts (e.g., aisles between warehouse and line), the rails automatically retract to quickly create a safe passage; during normal production, they extend to ensure continuous line connection.
Stable Lifting, Bridging Height Differences: Using an AirTac cylinder with guide pillars, the design achieves smooth vertical lifting. This effectively solves PCB transfer problems when upstream and downstream equipment have height differences, ensuring stable material transport across obstacles and reducing dropped or jammed boards.

Wide Compatibility: Manual width adjustment via a dedicated T-type lead screw, covering a range of 50mm to 350mm, easily accommodating various PCB carriers from miniature electronic components to large control boards.
Intelligent Interlocking: The control system features a Panasonic PLC with a ViewSonic touchscreen for intuitive human-machine interaction. Standard I/O signal interfaces at both entry and exit allow seamless integration with SMEMA communication protocol, enabling fully automatic interlocked operation with upstream/downstream pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, etc.
Precision Sensing: Equipped with 5 sets of sensors for accurate PCB position detection, enabling automatic start/stop and preventing overlapping or dropped boards.
Selected Core Components: The electrical control cabinet uses SICK sensors for detection accuracy, Mean Well power supply for stable power, and Omron relays for high-frequency switching control, building a solid foundation for long-term continuous operation.
