What This Machine Solves
Designed for post-SMT or pre-inspection transition zones, the HDY-0.5DSX delivers three functions in one machine:
1.Screening mode: Automatically identifies and stores NG PCBs (up to 10 pcs) while letting OK PCBs pass through – no manual sorting needed.
2.Cache mode: Temporarily buffers PCBs when upstream/downstream cycle times are mismatched, preventing line jams or idle time.
3.Pass-through mode: Disables screening and operates as a standard conveyor, maximizing equipment utilization.
With the optional dust cover, it suits PCBs that require higher cleanliness (e.g., ENIG boards, high-frequency boards), reducing airborne particle contamination.
