We are pleased to announce the successful shipment of eight 1.2-meter conveyor transfer tables and eight 0.6-meter conveyor transfer tables to our customer in Vietnam. The equipment has completed initial packaging at our factory, then been transferred to our logistics partner for secondary vacuum packing, and finally loaded into a 7.6-meter box truck for departure — demonstrating our standardized process for equipment protection and cross-border logistics coordination.
Dual-Layer Packaging: In-House Primary + Logistics Secondary Vacuum Packing
All units were first packed at our facility with foam corner guards, stretch film, and wooden pallet fixation — meeting export standards. Upon arrival at the logistics center, professional staff performed vacuum compression packaging to further reduce volume, prevent moisture and dust, ensuring stability during long-distance sea/land transport. The entire process was supervised by QC personnel to comply with international shipping safety regulations.
Efficient Coordination, On-Time Departure
With close collaboration between our logistics and warehouse teams, the equipment was smoothly loaded into a 7.6-meter box truck using manual hydraulic pallet jacks, followed by proper bracing and sealing. The process followed established SOPs to ensure cargo safety and stability throughout transit. The truck has departed the facility as scheduled, en route to Vietnam.
