Recently, the HDY-2 to 10M Series Dual-Carriage Shuttle Conveyor (4.5m customized version), independently developed and produced by Dongguan Huidiya Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huidiya"), has completed strict in-house commissioning and is now being packaged for delivery to customers. This equipment is specifically designed for cross-line material transfer in SMT production lines and automated manufacturing scenarios, aiming to solve production bottlenecks and improve factory space utilization and transfer efficiency.
In cases where the cycle times of upstream and downstream processes do not match or there is a physical barrier, traditional belt conveyors often fall short. Huidiya's dual-carriage shuttle conveyor combines vertical lifting with horizontal movement to achieve seamless PCB transfer between different heights or different production lines.

Large-span, high-load structure: Overall dimensions of L4500 × W600 × H1200 mm, net weight of 371 kg. The frame is made of reinforced bent sheet metal, combined with dedicated aluminum alloy guide rails, ensuring mechanical rigidity under large-span operation and resistance to deformation.
Dual-carriage synchronous operation: Equipped with two carriages using imported timing belts and linear guidance systems. This dual-carriage mechanism effectively reduces waiting time and improves overall transfer efficiency.
Manual flexible width adjustment: To accommodate different sizes of PCB pallets or substrates, the rail width supports manual adjustment from 50 to 350 mm, simple and intuitive to operate, meeting the flexible production needs of small batches and multiple varieties.
Precise intelligent control: The core control system uses Huichuan PLC with a touchscreen operator panel for friendly human-machine interaction. Both the track conveyor and linear traverse drives use stepper motors for high positioning accuracy and smooth operation.
Premium electrical components: The electrical control system is equipped with Mean Well power supplies and Omron relays as standard, providing a solid guarantee for long-term continuous and stable operation.
