This equipment is mainly designed for PCB boards within the size range of (L50W50)-(L500W350). For common PCB board thicknesses, it can generally be used normally without special adjustment. However, if the thickness of the PCB board exceeds the normal range, it may be necessary to contact our technical personnel for evaluation and adaptation.

 

How to quickly troubleshoot when the equipment fails?

The equipment is equipped with three-color lights, and the operating status of the equipment can be preliminarily judged through the lights of different colors. If the equipment fails, first check the prompt of the three-color lights. Red usually indicates a fault alarm. Then check whether there are error codes displayed on the PLC control interface and find the cause of the fault according to the code prompt.
